• Corporate and monthly rentals are invited, please contact us for a quote
• High-season rates are $3,000/week
• Holiday rates are $3,000/week
• Off-season (Oct-May) 3-day weekends: $1,500, and weekly $2,500 - Holidays excepted
• 2-day minimum @ $500/day
• Security/Booking deposit of $500 confirms reservation; balance of rent is due 45 days after booking or before arrival - whichever is sooner
• Applicable Hotel Tax to be added onto weekly or weekend stays
• There is an additional $100 sanitary cleaning fee applied to each reservation
• Sorry, pets are not allowed at the Triangle House
• The Triangle House is a Non-Smoking residence
• Sleeps 6-8; contact us for large groups
